It’s okay
The property had a good onsen and was conveniently located near the lake. We were able to walk to the lake rent bikes and see the temples and the castle. The CheckIN & reception staff was friendly & efficient.
The breakfast was very limited. The lady manager at the breakfast was rude and very unfriendly. I asked her for a croissant and she was not happy. The next day I asked her for the wifi password and she told me to go get it from the lift as it is written in the lift. Customer service to foreign guests for her was either rude or just lost in translation.

It was a relaxing day as I was trying to break my trip before going to the Alpine Route
Near to Lake Suwa and nearby has great amenities and food establishments. Parking also available.
I guess the wooden penal behind the bed was not properly fixed. Wood with white lines loom strange but generally clean. They could have taken care of it better.
